B.B. Barman, is an partner of “ON THE WAY”, Kolkata India. He is an ex-serviceman who served in “Indian Army – Corps of Signal”.

He started his professional career as an engineer in the defence telecommunications department. With 33 years of valuable experience in diverse sectors, B.B. Barman incorporated the consulting firm business, “ON THE WAY” in 2023 targeting the domain of talent acquisition, real estate, used car trading business and much more which adds value to the Indian society.

He has achieved much more knowledge and experiences in the real estate, retails, and telecom sectors and he is proficient in facility operations & maintenance, safety & security, HR & administration, budgeting & optimal utilization of resources, asset management etc.

He has been known for his strong administration and leadership qualities since his joining in the Indian army. He has been also recognized for his business acumen since his starting professional career in the defence telecommunications and other companies henceforth.

He is an out of the box thinker with excellent communication, inter-personal skills, management skills, negotiation skills, and management skills.

He is excellent in developing & streamlining systems with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters.
